Looking for powerful, compact, and easy-to-use servo drives? The Schneider Electric Lexium 32 series brings high-performance motion control to your industrial machines with unmatched flexibility and safety. At AGM Electrical Supplies, we offer this cutting-edge servo drive range for precision-focused automation projects.
The Lexium 32 is a compact servo drive range, offering drives from 0.15 kW to 11 kW paired with BMH and BSH servo motor families. Despite its small “book-size” footprint, the drive delivers serious power—making it perfect for saving valuable cabinet space without compromising on performance.
These drives stand out with a speed bandwidth of 1,600 Hz, delivering ultra-responsive motion control. Plus, built-in features like automatic tuning, speed observers, and band-stop filters reduce vibration and boost machine productivity.
Lexium 32 is designed for real-world efficiency. It includes SoMove setup software (for PC and mobile), removable colour-coded connectors, and easy side-by-side mounting. These features make engineering, commissioning, and maintenance smoother than ever.
This servo drive supports multiple communication options—including Modbus, CANopen/CANmotion, Sercos III, and more—and can be tailored with optional encoder and I/O cards based on your control system architecture.
Lexium 32 also comes with integrated safety functions like Safe Torque Off (STO) and extra safety modules compliant with IEC/EN standards, helping you meet industry regulations without extra wiring.
Whether you're working in packaging, printing, material handling, textiles, or motion control applications, Lexium 32 brings precision and adaptability to complex tasks—from “on-the-fly” cutting to gantry crane control.
At AGM Electrical Supplies, you get more than just a product. With over 15 years of trade experience across Australia, we deliver genuine Schneider Electric components like the Lexium 32. We offer competitive pricing, reliable shipping, and expert support to help you choose the right servo drive, compact motion control solution, or SoMove-compatible system for your needs.

How do I limit the motor's torque on the Lexium 32?
You can limit the torque by adjusting the CTRL_I_max parameter in SoMove (or via the drive’s HMI). Calculate the value based on your motor’s torque constant and desired maximum torque.
What does “Max switch-on time” mean for an external braking resistor?
It refers to the maximum duration the braking resistor can be energized continuously before requiring a cooling pause. It should not exceed 10% of the braking resistor’s time constant to avoid overheating.
What communication options are available for Lexium 32 drives?
Lexium 32 supports multiple communication protocols, including Modbus, CANopen/CANmotion, Sercos III, and more via optional communication cards—offering flexibility for different control architectures.
How do I connect to a Lexium 32 servo drive using SoMove?
You can connect using Schneider’s SoMove setup software (PC or mobile). A helpful video tutorial demonstrates the connection process via USB or supported interface.
What is “DC Bus sharing,” and is it supported by Lexium 32?
DC Bus sharing allows multiple drives to share a common DC bus. It is supported by Lexium 32, but must be implemented strictly according to Schneider’s DC Bus application note to avoid damage.
